 Quotes:

Send all quote requests to bmcosplay@gmail.com or via the contact page. All quotes I send are good for 3 months from the date you receive it. All quotes must be submitted at least 3 months (2 months for wigs) before the due date. I keep aside 8 weeks for construction of a costume and 4 weeks for styling of a wig, so please plan accordingly.

Rush Orders

If a quote request is submitted after the 3 month deadline it will constitute as a rush order. An extra $50 fee will be added on top of your total due for all rush orders. This is due to the time constraint and extra labor to complete it in time.

Payments:

Wigs must be paid off in full 4 weeks before deadline.
Costumes must be paid off in full 8 weeks before deadline.

If slots are limited, you have 2 weeks from the date of the quote to decide wether you would like to purchase.

Upon deciding to purchase, I require a down payment so I can confirm a spot for you. Payment can be either the full balance or the first payment of your payment plan. If I do not receive any payment within 14 days of deciding to order, your spot will be forfeited and your order will be cancelled. The down payment is refundable up to 10 days from the date of payment. After the 10 day period it's no longer refunable.

When you make a payment, please inform me what the payment is for. I get alot of payments and I don't want to confuse your payment with another clients.

Other forms of payment are Money Order, personal checks (Checks need to clear before shipping, so please think ahead.), and cash (but only if your local and its handed to me in person)

 Payment Plans

I am willing to do a payment plan, but please let me know that when you place your order.  Abide by the policy of when it needs to be paid off, and keep in mind, no costume or wig will be started until at least half balance is received. 

The best way to determine payments is to take the total of your order and divide it by how many weeks you have to pay it off. If your confused, I can determine your payment amount for you.

I Will Not send e-mail reminders when payments are due. You should keep track of your own payment schedule. I'll only tell you the date in which the item should be paid off. The rest is up to you. If you don't pay by the payment deadline given, there's no guarantee that your order will be in your hands by the specified due date.

If you do not pay off your order by the deadline, and I don't hear from you in 60 days, it becomes my property, and can do as I please with it. You will not get a refund.

Shipping:

I normally ship using Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation and insurance. If you'd like a different delivery method please ask. If you choose a different method and insurance isn't applied then I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Shipping price isn't included in the initial quote. I will calculate shipping charges when you decide to purchase and send you a new total via e-mail.

ALL WIGS ARE SHIPPED ON WIG HEADS AND INCLUDE A WIG CAP. 

I will ship internationally, just ask for a quote! :)

Pre-Made Store

Orders will be filled in the order they are received. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment. (Unless otherwise stated in the store. ex: Made to order items)

Returns/Repairs:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  But if the item gets accidently damaged, or it deosn't fit right, your free to send it back, (just pay shipping) and I will fix it for you. This is a one time deal. I don't need wigs and costumes coming back constantly just because you were horsing around or didn't wanna take care of it. I trust you to send it back for an honest reason.

Costume Competitions:

You may not enter any costume made by BlackMoon Cosplay in a costume competition for Craftmanship. Skits are allowed, but you must omit yourself from the craftsmanship portion of the masquerade by telling them you DID NOT make the costume yourself. As for wigs I don't mind if you enter any type of competition with them, as long as you say that the wig was not made by you, but it was a commission. Just please be honest to yourself and others.

Right to refuse:

If I feel I am unable to complete the job, or I do not have enough experience to make your certain costume or wig, I may refuse and decline your request for a quote. I would rather decline, than to try to make something and it come out horribly wrong.
